PREAMBLE
These terms are concluded between Sarl SIMONNEAUX, registered in France, in the Rennes Register of Commerce and Companies, under N° B439 892 852, based in Chavagne (France) and hereafter named “Les Petits Chapelais”, and anyone who wishes to purchase on www.lespetitschapelais.com, hereafter named “Internet shopper”.

OFFER’S ACCEPTATION AND LES PETITS CHAPELAIS’S ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The contract is formed at the time the internet shopper receives the order acknowledgment. Les Petits Chapelais also confirms your order by e-mail within 48 hours (excepted orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and French holidays).
Please retain your invoice, it will be useful in case of exchange.

PAYMENT
The payment will be made on-line by CB credit card.
To ensure the security of your payment, we use “Citelis”, the bank card payment solution developed by our bank Credit Mutuel de Bretagne.
With this system, your payment is made directly to our account on our bank’s secure server (Credit Mutuel).
The internet shopper’s order will be considered as effective only when payment centres have given their agreement. In case of refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled. Furthermore, Les Petits Chapelais reserves the right to refuse any order of a client with whom there would be a dispute.

DELIVERY
The client has to check the packaging and the conformity of the products ordered, and to claim, if necessary, on the delivery note.
The risks of the transport from the departure of the company will be paid by the client.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left at the delivery address, indicating when and where you can collect your order.
The order will be delivered according to the amount in the above list and the delivery zone. Nethertheless, an additional fee can be requested to the client for any order of more than 5kgs.

EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return it to us within 7 days, in its original packaging, at following address, and we will be happy to exchange it for you:

The returned item has to be unworn and in its original packaging.
The return fees will be paid by the client.
